Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SPK Snooker Pool Arena ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3. SPK Coins & Virtual Currency
SPK coins are a virtual in-platform currency with a fixed value of 1 SPK = $0.001 USD. SPK coins can be earned through gameplay, tasks, ads, deposits, and P2P trading. SPK coins have no cash redemption value unless explicitly stated. Staking SPK coins in matches (Pool, Snooker, Chess, Ludo, WHOT) is at your own risk.
4. Staking & Wagering
Players may stake SPK coins against AI opponents or other players. AI stakes are configurable by administrators. Winnings are credited automatically upon match completion. Loss of staked SPK coins is final and non-refundable.
5. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat
Cheating, exploiting bugs, using automated tools, or colluding to manipulate match outcomes is strictly prohibited. Violations result in account suspension, SPK forfeiture, and permanent bans.
6. P2P Trading
Peer-to-peer SPK coin trading is conducted at a fixed platform rate. The Platform provides escrow protection but is not liable for disputes arising from off-platform communications. Admin fees may apply to transactions.
7. VIP Subscription
VIP subscribers pay a monthly fee and receive a share of platform transaction revenue (10% distributed among all active VIP subscribers). VIP status enables staking against real players. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
8. Content & Moderation
Users may post blog posts, movies, and ads. Content must not be illegal, hateful, or harmful. The Platform reserves the right to remove, hide, or delete any content. Flagged content is reviewed by administrators.
9. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are credited after admin verification. Withdrawals are processed in TTPO or TMB tokens to CrossX wallets. The Platform is not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses provided by users.
10. Account Termination
The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, remaining SPK balances may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost SPK coins, interrupted service, or third-party ad content. Maximum liability is limited to your account balance.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address, username, wallet addresses (CrossX, Pi), SPK coin balance, match history, and transaction records. We also collect device information and usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide gaming services, process transactions, maintain fair play, send notifications, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted authentication, secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
4. SPK Coin & Transaction Data
All SPK coin transactions, staking records, deposits, and withdrawals are stored securely and are visible to administrators for audit purposes. Transaction data is retained indefinitely for dispute resolution.
5. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party ad networks, Pi Network, CrossX wallet, and Discord. These services may collect their own data according to their respective privacy policies.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use local storage to maintain your session, track ad click cooldowns, and store game preferences. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings.
7. User-Generated Content
Blog posts, movie listings, and ads you post are stored on our servers. You are responsible for the content you post and grant the Platform a license to display it.
8. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Inactive accounts (30+ days) may be reviewed for deletion. Transaction records are retained for audit purposes.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact the Platform administrator to exercise these rights.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us for immediate removal.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
